I'm a professional teacher with over 10 years teaching Swahili and English. It gives me fulfillment to see my students reach their full language potential. I enjoy teaching and learning that is student-based. For instance, my first class is usually an interactive session with learners to establish their language goals from which I can establish the methods of instruction and teaching material that best suits them. In general I like holding conversational talks to improve pronunciation as well as audio files. I use test templates for my students who are preparing for exams. I also use text documents as well as sharing my screen to display presentation slides. I give assignments for further practice.教材

The dynamics of Tigei's classes are great. She's great at explaining grammar and adapting learning content to students' levels and needs. She also uses games to enhance students' learning experience. Highly recommended if you want to learn standard Kiswahili!
