Another great class with Daisuke. I really appreciate how the textbook gives me a structured way to study but then he regularly gets me to make up my own sentences so that I can expand my vocab and be a bit more spontaneous. This week I move to a two classes a week schedule as I've been really enjoying his instruction and am confident we can get me to a language level I'm happy with before my upcoming trip to Japan. Daisuke was very patient, helpful, and thoughtful in how we approached learning Japanese. As a relative beginner, it was a bit daunting, but he makes things very comfortable and supportive right away. Highly recommended, especially for new learners who want a supportive learning environment.

Daisuke is an excellent teacher that is very engaged throughout his lessons. He speaks at a level that is appropriate for your level and asks great questions that keep the conversation going while allowing you to expand on your language and conversation skills.

I have been studying with Daisuke sensei for few weeks, and it's a joy. Sensei is very caring and patient, always prompting new topics and gently answering all my questions. We have been working on my reading skills along with discovering new grammar points and vocabulary through News articles. After each class, sensei writes a thorough feedback with encouraging and supportive word. I feel very lucky to be one of his students. 先生のおかげで, 日本語は少しずつ上達しています.
