I try to adapt to the wishes of my students: Some want to discuss or chat, with others I work on material that I have prepared. I use modern, activating methods that practice various skills, speaking, reading and listening. I have material for different language levels and adapt to the abilities of each individual student. I like to use paintings, photos or drawings as a basis for discussion in many (not all) of my lessons and I also provide short stories or exercise material that we work on together. The use of a digital pencil on a whiteboard that I share with the student, perfectly mimics the teaching situation of a traditional classroom. After the lesson, the student gets a short video allowing him to revise the lesson steps. The following lesson begins with a short review phase after which we turn to a new topic. Christine is an amazing tutor, who put plenty of work to prepare materials - they are interesting and engaging. Time flies very quickly while talking with Christine.
