My name is Agnes Ackermann and I come from Hungary. I am a qualified English and French teacher, but I also graduated as an Economist in Business Administration and Management. My mothertongue is Hungarian, which I love teaching to non-native speakers. I like travelling and picking up some words from the local language. I have been teaching English, French and Hungarian as a foreign language for more than 20 years now. In my lessons, beside general conversation and language skills, the students also have the opportunity to prepare for the Hungarian Citizenship Interview, the Hungarian Cultural Exam or practise the language of economics and tourism with me.レッスン形式・教え方
Although the main focus of my lessons is on the development of communication and conversational skills, I also provide the necessary grammar exercises which improve the linguistic competence of the students. The lesson plan is always made up based on the wishes of the learners.教材

Agi is brilliant. Her warmth and friendliness encourage me to do better with every session. I was an auditory learner of Hungarian originally and she is transitioning me very quickly into reading, writing, vocabulary, and grammar. She has forbidden me from using English during our sessions so that my conversational skills and confidence are growing rapidly. My Hungarian relatives in Budapest are impressed that their cousin in America can converse so well.

Ági is an amazing teacher. She's so patient, positive, and helpful as I try my best to improve my Hungarian. She's always game to work on whatever topics I bring or will propose her own based on where I am. I can't say enough good things and how helpful it is to have a supportive and talented teacher when tackling a difficult language!
