Currently learning Spanish. 香港の出身ですが、子ともの頃に家族とカナダに移住して、もうカナダトロントに20年以上住んでいます。ですので、広東語と英語も話せます。 大学の時英語教授法、言語学、音声学を勉強して、TESOLという英語教師の免許を持っております。 2017年三か月間日本の長崎で六歳から16歳までの学生さん達に英語を教えました. I am a professional teacher, TESOL certified, familar with IELTS and CELPIP. I studied linguistics and phonetics when I was studying for my TESOL teaching certificate at York University. Study methods and repetitions are very important, so no matter what kind of class you choose, I will go over some effective methods and things that we can do to make reviewing less dreadful. Cathy is the real deal; a fantastic teacher! She gave me a ton of resources. Our first lesson flowed really well, I can tell that with her guidance I will be able to learn Japanese a lot more quickly. I will be booking another class with her as soon as possible and if you haven't booked a teacher yet I recommend Cathy!
