This was the program that really opened my eyes to how a linguistics person can collaborate in public discourse and how terminology and semantics matters for discussions on global issues.

I had a fantastic first class today with Richard. I hadn't spoken Indonesian for about 3 years and he made me feel encouraged, inspired and motivated. He adapted to my level and was able to offer support in English when needed. He also sent me useful written notes and resources after the class.
