I've had 3 classes with Chao so far and the classes are so useful. I'm working on improving my pronunciation. Chao is so patient, and can pinpoint exactly what my problems are. The reading & analysis workshops are a great opportunity to practise reading and recognising characters while targeting pronunciation issues at the same time. Hard work but really enjoyable!

Tutor Chao is a wonderful teacher. She prepares entertaining and interactive material, and then provides useful feedback after each lesson. I am a beginner but Tutor Chao adjusts the level of difficulty to be just right for me - I feel like I am making good progress and look forward to many more lessons!
