私の名前はアブドラ（略称はアボディ）です。 私はシリア人で、アル・バース大学でアラビア文学の学位を取得しました。現在、英語、アラビア語、トルコ語に堪能なので、NGOで翻訳者として働いています。教えることは私の情熱であり、その情熱を皆さんに伝えたいと思っています。文化、言語、歴史について一般的な会話をするのが好きです。 余暇は卓球が好きで、得意です。）アラビア語の小説を読むのも大好きです。 言語を学ぶ最善の方法は、その言語を好きになることだと私は信じている。そう、私は英語とトルコ語をこの方法で学んだ。 私がアラビア語を教え始めたのは、イスタンブールで避難民となったシリア人を支援するNGO、スモール・プロジェクト・イスタンブール（SPI）でボランティアをしたことがきっかけでした。SPIでは多くのボランティアがアラビア語を学ぶことに興味を持っていて、私は彼らにぴったりでした。彼らは私の教え方を信じて、教師になることを勧めてくれました。それが、2017年2月にItalkiで教え始めた理由です。 私は気楽で柔軟な教師です。文法よりも会話が好きなので、コミュニティーの先生であることを楽しんでいます。そのため、Conversations Unbound：アメリカからの学生とアラビア語をつなぐNGOでも働いています。 私たちの生活や趣味などについて話す。その間、新しい単語を紹介したり、間違いを直したりします。私たちの目標は、ゲームをしながら、できるだけ自然に会話やスピーキングができるようにすることです。 私は忍耐強いので、ゆっくり話します。

It was a pleasure doing an introductory class with Mr. Abodi, he was calm, patient and friendly. From the get go Mr.Abodi did a “soft assessment” and formulated a potential study plan for me. Ustadh also made sure to get your input and address any issues/questions that you may have. All in all, this goes to show his level of expertise and understanding for how to teach the language. Looking forward to Mr Abodi’s tutorship and improving my language learning skills.
