教師として、生徒一人ひとりのニーズに合わせた楽しいレッスンをデザインするよう、柔軟な働き方をしています。会話を促すために、いろいろな状況を作り出すのが好きです。私は共感力があり、忍耐強いので、初心者の方にはとても有益です。生徒さんのリズムや好みに合わせます。リラックスできる環境を作ることで、上達できるよう心がけています。 レッスン形式・教え方
私のレッスンは、生徒さんそれぞれの好みに大きく左右されます。私は常に興味のあるトピックを見つけ、それぞれの個性に合わせたやり方を心がけています。すべての生徒が同じではありませんし、学習方法も同じではありません。どのような教材を使いたいか、どのようなアクティビティが好きか、生徒が提案してくれます。チームを組んで最善の方法を見つけ、生徒の進歩に応じて必要な変更を加えていくことです。そして何よりも、最終的な目標は楽しく学ぶことです。教材

In this lesson, we had more speaking practice: dialogue/role play, describing a picture, and monologue. This is my weakest skill and Lizi helps me out a lot especially with vocab and proper expressions.

Today we practiced on the DELE speaking and listening exams, which also covered a wide variety of topics like historical events, even the invention of the ballpoint pen! Classes with Lizi are always relevant and never boring.

Always a fun class with Lizi! My lessons are personalized to my needs (to address my weaknesses). For example, past tense is always confusing to me. But in this lesson, Lizi made me do an exercise (about the Little Red Riding Hood) and the grammar we have been studying all made sense - without exhausting explanations :)
