Je suis etudiant, en classe Amanda. Amanda teaches with passion, she gives attention to make sure I'm pronouncing my francais words correctly, she is honest and she smiles, her energy radiates to captivate my attention encouraging me to learn and to continue for a lifetime.

Amanda is a wonderful teacher that is truly helping me take my Portuguese to the next level. She's patient with me and understands my strengths, weaknesses and interest and adapts the classes to keep me moving in the right direction. She's very detail oriented and always shows up with energy and presence to every class. There are times when I'm hard on myself but she helps me refocus and stay positive as well. I highly recommend taking classes with her.

Always a wonderful class with Amanda! She brings wonderful energy and presence to every session that we have together, is diligent with her corrections and keeps me motivated. Great as always!

Amanda is incredible! My goal for our class was general Portuguese conversation practice and she makes the most of every minute. She effortlessly keeps the conversation flowing, giving plenty of space to think and speak, all while she takes notes on errors or improvements that she sends after the class is completed. Usually, we begin class by chatting a bit before reading through and correcting a writing sample I prepared. Then, we will read an article together, giving me chance to hone my pronunciation and then chat about a new topic. I feel that our classes are both fun and effective! I highly recommend Amanda to anyone looking to improve their Portuguese (and I am sure English, Spanish, and French as well)!

I've really enjoyed the class with Amanda. She's very patient, creative, and really knows where you need to improve. 10/10
