I've been learning Chinese for a few years however after working with Mark for a few lessons some of my basics and pronunciations have been much improved! I credit that to his attention to keen ear and attention to detail.
Mark has also been flexible as far as class scheduling and very responsive. I look forward to each lesson and certainly recommend him!

This was my second lesson, but Mark is an excellent and detailed oriented teacher! He is prepared with materials / textbook, facilitates engaging conversation, and explains things well. Looking forward to taking more lessons

Mark is friendly with a great attention to detail. Helped me a lot practicing tones and pronunciation without making me feel confused or discouraged. He has a lot of patience, 😊and often provides helpful and important additional information. It’s always fun to discuss daily life in China; differences and similarities between cultures.
