Hi! I’m Sydney, an English tutor who has lived in both Korea and the United States, so I understand what it’s like to learn and navigate different languages and cultures.
I studied neuroscience in college and minored in Spanish. I have experience working with primary and secondary school students, especially helping children from non-English-speaking backgrounds improve their English, as well as tutoring subjects like chemistry, organic chemistry, and standardized test preparation.

My lessons are personalized to each student’s level and goals. I focus on creating a relaxed and supportive environment where you feel comfortable practicing and making mistakes.
I like to use a mix of conversation, real-life situations, and clear explanations to help you improve your speaking, expand your vocabulary, and strengthen your grammar. I also adapt my teaching style depending on your needs, whether you prefer more structured guidance or a more conversation-based approach.教材
