Xiaolei’s calm and encouraging approach makes conversational practice easy and interesting, she understands English well and gives good suggestions on how to phrase sentences when I get stuck. I would highly recommend her for improving spoken Mandarin. Also, her time zone allows more time options than China-based teachers which can be useful.

It went great! She was well prepared with visuals for my children. They enjoyed their lesson. We look forward to more lessons with her. She is engaged and desires to create a fun lesson for them. She is always trying to improve her lessons.
