I am an American from Georgia, USA. Currently I work as an English language teacher based in Tokyo, Japan. I have been a teacher for almost 10 years. I like food, traveling, art, painting and music. I am a vegetarian and like finding new recipes.翻訳を表示する

I think that positive encouragement and reinforcement are the keys to a good lesson environment and being prepared for the lesson is key to a smooth lesson. I try to provide this and keep it in mind for every lesson. I want my students to be relaxed and having fun.

I have four types of lessons; beginners course, conversation lessons, advanced and test prep. I am very flexible with my students and want them to reach their goals in a fun way. I like to present the language and then have students practice it. I usually don’t correct students immediately and try to encourage speaking independently.教材
