Hello! My name is Eunice, and I'm a passionate and experienced Spanish teacher. If you’re looking for an engaging, effective, and practical way to learn Spanish, you’ve come to the right place!
I was born in the United States but grew up in Mexico City, so I have been bilingual my entire life. Because of this, I understand the challenges of learning a second language and the best ways to overcome them. I have over five years of teaching experience in bilingual schools in Mexico, working with both children and teenagers, as well as giving presentations to adults. I strongly believe that learning a language should be practical, interactive, and fun. My main focus is to help my students learn natural, everyday Spanish that they can use in real-life situations. I also like to create a comfortable and encouraging environment where students feel confident to practice speaking. Many learners struggle with fear of making mistakes, but in my classes, mistakes are just part of the learning process! This teacher is flexible and doesn't make you nervous.
I felt like the lesson could have used a bit more structure or 'scaffolding' to work on the skill that we were focusing on, such as on-screen supports (charts for verb endings) or activities that made it a little easier to jump in.
