Meeting Ryan today was a pleasure. He’s very kind and clearly passionate about teaching.
Today, he first reviewed a short story of mine, giving me words and phrases to make it sound more natural. Second, he explained the meaning and usage of some internet/texting slang that I had come across.
In both instances, he not only gave helpful explanations, but showed me the various situations that the phrases can be used in.
He has such a kind energy that made me feel comfortable during our conversation. I made mistakes, tried out the new phrases that he introduced, and learned a lot.
