教師として、私は忍耐強く、生徒をしっかりとサポートし、成果を重視しています。一人ひとりの生徒の目標を理解し、そのニーズに合わせて授業内容を調整することに力を入れています。学習は体系的であるべきですが、同時に楽しいものであるべきだと考えています。間違いは前向きな姿勢で指摘し、文法や語彙が理解しやすいよう、分かりやすい説明を心がけています。会話、一般英語、文法強化、ビジネス英語の指導経験があります。また、子供たちとの接し方にも長けており、生徒のやる気を維持できる魅力的な授業を展開しています。
