An ABSOLUTELY amazing teacher! Time flew by so fast yet I learned so much! Not just about the Lebanese dialect but also the rich culture and everyday phrases that make the language come alive. The lesson was clear and full of passion, making every minute both fun and rewarding.

We had a discussion on philosophy today and had a great conversation. Safiya was very patient with me and let me talk a lot to practice! It was a great back-and-forth conversation so I was able to practice both talking and listening. I have really enjoyed getting to know Safiya through these lessons and improve my Arabic at the same time.

Another great lesson with Safiya. I enjoy our lessons very much. It's conversation focused which is exactly what I want to work on right now. I can highly recommend Safiya for learners of Levantine Arabic who want to work on their conversational skills. Safiya is patient, kind, and fun to talk to, and she lets me bring materials I want to use such as podcast episodes and discussion questions.
