Miguel did an outstanding job training me for the DELE exam. Obviously, the most important thing he did was to teach me Spanish, but he also helped familiarize me with format of the exam. The DELE exam can be confusing if you aren't prepared. Miguel not only helped me work through official practice exams, but went above and beyond by creating new material in the same format with topics he knew I was interested in. I felt as confident as I possibly could have going in to the exam.

Now that I’ve been taking weekly lessons with Miguel for two and a half months, I can say it’s made a difference in my Spanish learning journey. Miguel has a calm and grounded teaching style where there’s structure, but no pressure. He explains grammar clearly, without it feeling overwhelming. I always leave our class with something new and useful. As a teacher he’s reliable, present and creates an environment that makes it easy to keep going. I genuinely look forward to our lessons each week. Beyond his knowledge of Spanish, he brings curiosity and empathic way of seeing the world. One time, we ended up in a short, unexpected discussion about culture and perspective. Love it. I definitely recommend him as a teacher if the above speaks to you.
