As a teacher, I focus on what you are already doing well. In language learning, we often focus only on mistakes. However, there is always progress. I will point out your strengths while giving clear and gentle corrections when needed. I believe both accuracy and emotional safety are important for real growth. 私は「できている部分を見つける」ことを大切にしています。日本語学習では、間違いに目が向きがちですが、実は伸びている部分もたくさんあります。そこを丁寧にお伝えしながら、必要な修正はやさしく、具体的にフィードバックします。「安心感」と「正確さ」、その両方を大切にする講師でありたいと思っています。
