Lorimar

Lorimar is a great teacher! I've been taking classes with her for a while and enjoy it every time. She is very patient and it makes me feel comfortable trying to figure things out and sometimes guessing at words. We talk about general life things and also specific topics or sometimes we discuss short videos she shares with me. I feel like with her help I've made some good progress over time.

Lori is an amazing Spanish teacher who makes learning fun. She's great at making conversations feel natural, even when we're going over grammar. I've noticed a big improvement in my Spanish speaking skills since I started her classes. She makes learning feel less like a chore and more like a fun chat with a friend.

Lorimar speaks very clearly and is easy to understand. I enjoyed that she has a structured plan that is tailored to filling in learning gaps. I feel there was a great balance between listening and speaking which is a great way to learn.

Lorimar is a really wonderful instructor, the conversations are always interesting, touching, or funny, and they push my ability to communicate towards areas where I just need to learn a few more words. She is able to see where I need guidance though our conversations and we work on these areas, sometimes specifically with homework, sometimes just through normal conversation and gentle reminders. If you are approaching conversational in Spanish and feel like you need this last push with a patient teacher to succeed, then I highly recommend Lorimar. (But don't steal my time slot!)

Lorimar is an excellent professor and a warm, caring person. Don’t hesitate to book a lesson with her and take your Spanish to the next level.
