영쌤과 같이 한국어를 공부한 지 벌써 1년이 되었어요. 다른 선생님과 공부할 때는 제 한국어 실력이 보통 아주 천천히 늘었는데, 영쌤과 배우기 시작한 후부터는 생각보다 빠르게 실력이 좋아졌어요. 영쌤은 항상 인내심을 가지고 친절하게 가르쳐 주시고, 학생 한 명 한 명에게 딱 맞는 수업을 만들어 주세요. 또한 다양한 수업이 있어서 수업 중에 제가 원하는 수업을 선택해서 들을 수 있다는 점도 정말 좋아요. 앞으로도 계속 영쌤과 함께 재미있게 한국어를 배우고 싶어요. 항상 감사합니다!🤗🫶

Today was my 100th lesson with 영쌤. I am always looking forward to the next lesson, and I have classes with her every day. My Korean has improved significantly since I started taking classes with 영쌤, and I notice how it is improving every day. It has become significantly easier to make more complex sentences, and I am not translating as much in my head anymore. I just mostly understand what we are reading now. I also listen to beginner Korean podcasts during the day and I can now understand 80-90% of what they are talking about; 3 months ago I could only understand a few words here and there. If you are looking for a teacher that is cheerful, patient, and REALLY good at what she does, 진짜, look no further. She corrects pronunciation while in class and also give feedback after class, she takes the time to make extra homework with materials covered in class, reviewing of last class in the beginning of each class, and reviewing of covered material at the end of each class. 정말 고마워요 영쌤

We had a wonderful lesson today. We reviewed my 쓰기 and workbook homework, went over my answers, and practiced speaking. 선생님 explained any mistakes or spelling errors clearly. She is always kind and supportive, which makes me feel comfortable trying my best, even when I make mistakes. I used to be afraid of getting things wrong, but now I feel comfortable asking questions, asking for clarification, and practicing until I get it right. ---- Hoy tuvimos una clase excelente. Repasamos mi escritura y la tarea, revisamos mis respuestas y practicamos conversación. Mi profesora me explicó claramente los errores y las faltas de ortografía. Siempre es amable y comprensiva, y eso me hace sentir cómoda para dar lo mejor de mí, incluso cuando cometo errores. Antes me daba miedo equivocarme, pero ahora me siento cómoda haciendo preguntas, pidiendo aclaraciones y practicando hasta que me salga bien. De verdad siento que mi coreano mejora poco a poco, ¡y aprender es muy divertido!

Woohoo!! I just finished my 100th lesson with Youngssam! I have improved a lot since I started learning Korean with her in July 2025, and now I'm going on my second trip to Korea after starting my language journey. I'm excited to hopefully use some more of my Korean this time. I recommend learning with Youngssam, as she's fun, and she makes homework for you. I always look forward to my next lesson with her. I still have a long way to go, but I will continue learning from Youngssam! Thank you for being a great teacher and friend!

선생님 is the best. Today we went over the assigned homework that focuses on vocabulary practice, worked on chapter 4 and did a lot of speaking practice. I learned a lot of new vocabulary and some new grammar points. Can't wait till next class. :) ------ La profesora es excelente. Hoy repasamos la tarea asignada, centrada en la práctica de vocabulario, trabajamos en el capítulo 4 e hicimos mucha práctica de conversación. Aprendí mucho vocabulario nuevo y algunos puntos gramaticales nuevos. ¡Ya tengo ganas de que llegue la próxima clase!

YoungsSam씨, has it already been 32+ lessons? Time goes by so fast and the progress that I have made is so rewarding. Now I can recognize words in sentences and my vocabulary has expanded. I appreciate you so much and I can't believe how lucky I am to have you as my teacher! I also can't believe that we are now working on Batchims and only a couple months ago I was learning the Korean alphabet. Thanks again for a great class!
