Great lesson with Pihu! We started by reviewing the "I have" grammar that we learned in the last lesson. We also started learning about the numbers. Next, we read a short story about "my day". Pihu has helped me a lot...I couldn't read before studying with her!

Great lesson with Pihu! We started with Pihu quizzing me on vocabulary...and I need to study more. After that, we learned more about combining consonant and vowel sounds. Next, we learned about "my" for plural nouns, and a little about how to make singular nouns plural. Pihu kept things interesting and used some picture flashcards to help me recall vocabulary. It was a fun lesson and I'm making a lot of progress!

Pihu was very friendly and provided great feedback for my first lesson. She used worksheets and quizzed me on what I was learning as we went along. I'm looking forward to continuing!

We also learned some useful phrases, like "I understand". Pihu was happy when I told her that I was trying to read without looking at the romanization. Pihu is good at mixing things up and keeping the lesson interesting at all times!
