Hi I’m Leila. Currently I live in Nanjing. Chinese Mandarin is my native language. ChengDu is my hometown and my parents live in HangZhou, so I know more about the customs and cultures of southern China.
Time flies. I’ve spent three years in Italki, I’ve also been learning English while practicing my teaching ability here. Through this platform I made many friends. For me Italki is not only a tool for study, it is also a medium to communicate with the world. I am a person who likes to explore and I’m always curious about new things. Teaching style:
1. Oral Chinese: According to your level and hobbies, we will choose different topics (life, culture, history, stories, etc.).

2. HSK: According to the exam, I will focus on the practice of listening and reading comprehension, Grammar, Vocabulary practice and review.

Leila is such a fun teacher. She is patient, helpful, and playful. When she learned that I enjoy skiing she showed me a ski resort near her house and taught me all the relevant Chinese words. When I shared my love for 一点点 (a bubble tea) she went out and tried it and sent me a picture. She is a great teacher and I really enjoy learning Chinese while making a friend. 谢谢

Leila is a wonderful teacher!! She is really patient and she has the perfect skills to adapt her speech to the level of her students.
