Lancer is by far one of the best teachers you will find on italki. She customizes each lesson to you and builds you up from the ground up while going at a pace comfortable for you. She explains my mistakes very clearly and keeps track of them while pushing my progress along.

Really love the lessons with Lancer! She is really good at creating materials to suit your needs. I felt like I had been stuck at an intermediate level in my Chinese for so long, and conscious of my accent since my native language is English. I have done 5-6 sessions with her Pronunciation and Tones course so far, and my friends have already mentioned hearing improvements.
