I frequently get nervous before a lesson, as I'm unsure I've remembered past information correctly, or will know how to formulate sentences properly when speaking, and Adil always reassures me, compliments me on any progress, and is so calm and relaxed that he really helps free my mind of my own self-imposed 'road blocks.' As a teacher myself, I appreciate his positive manner and encouragement. He creates the space for deeper engagement, getting through confusion, and recognizing and correcting my errors with guidance and independence.

I am essentially a complete beginner. I have been learning on my own for 8 weeks, and I am happy to have completed a session today with an actual French speaker. He was very calm and informative and I highly recommend him in the future for beginners!
