¡Hola a todos! I’m Moni, your certified DELE teacher with *9+ years* of experience helping students smash their Spanish goals—from casual chats to acing exams!
Born in Madrid, I’ve lived across Europe (London, Canary Islands) and now teach from sunny Alicante. My secret sauce? **Immersion**. I co-created *"Spanish Quest"* (a mobile game for practice!) and offer *home immersion courses* for real-world fluency.

As a teacher, I believe it's incredibly important to be attuned to my student's needs and goals. I want you to learn and succeed. And at the same time, to feel relaxed where we learn from mistakes and it is fine to make them.

What can you expect from my lessons?
Use the language, explanations in English language if need it, fun, role play games, lessons orientated and focused in your needs (improve the four skills, pronunciation, DELE exam preparation with materials included, etc.).
I have lots of hobbies and interests so we might have nice chit-chats to practice conversation and use your knowledge. On the other hand, I learnt from my students the most and I will apply my experience. We are a team in the process of learning my language and I will do my best in the lessons with you to achieve your goals..教材

Monica is so patient! I am still having some early intermediate troubles as I make my way up to B2, and even though I keep making the same types of mistakes, she is kind and corrects me gently, and is very encouraging. I appreciate her calm smile as she waits for me to work my way through verb tenses and conjugations! She is very supportive and I'm so glad I found her!

I have been working with Mónica for the last two months and honestly it has been amazing. She is very prepared and has tons of material for every specific topic (LITERALLY EVERYTHING!).
I studied Spanish many many years ago but I am taking again classes to pass an exam in uni. Working with her has been incredible: in just few months I feel again very confident in my Spanish skills. I highly recommend her!

Mónica, is a wonderful teacher.
With Monica's tuition, I achieved an almost perfect speaking score in DELE B1!
She teaches with kindness and patience, and really wants you to improve your level of Spanish.
She is always well prepared, and has a wealth of interesting materials which you have access to on your own Google doc. This is really useful for revision.
Finally, the thing I really like about these classes is Monica's constant error correction. She won't ignore your mistakes!! This, I believe is essential for improving your level.
