Hello! My name is Yume and I am a Japanese language teacher. I am from Japan and have been living in the United States since 2022. I enjoy traveling, watching movies and TV series, and baseball. My top 3 anime are Slam Dunk, One Piece, and Ranma 1/2. I am also learning Spanish so that I can communicate more with my family. Since I am learning a foreign language myself, I understand how it feels to study a new language as a student. What do you like to do? I hope we can talk more about it during our lessons :)

私は日本出身で、日本語を母語としています。日本語教育の修士号を取得しており、米国の大学で3年間の指導経験があります。また、個人講師としても活動し、子供からシニアの方まで幅広い年齢層の生徒に教えてきました。教えることが大好きで、世界中の生徒さんと交流するのを楽しんでいます。生徒さんからは、忍耐強く、親しみやすく、フレンドリーだとよく言われます :) 日本語教師として、私の目標は、生徒さんが世界中の人々とつながり、視野を広げ、自信を持てるようサポートすることです。皆さんの学習の旅に良い影響を与えられることを願っています。クラスでお会いできるのを楽しみにしています！

Free Conversation For students who want to practice speaking Japanese through topics you enjoy. 2. Personalized Lessons For students who want to build a strong foundation in grammar and vocabulary. We will also practice speaking, listening, and reading during the lesson. I look forward to seeing you in class!
