私はアンナと申します。ジョージアのトビリシを拠点とするCELTA認定の英語講師です。これまで長年にわたり、エネルギー、テクノロジー、FMCG（日用消費財）などの分野で活躍する国際的なプロフェッショナルたちと仕事をしてきました。そのため、生徒たちが必要とする言語だけでなく、彼らが生きる世界についても深く理解しています。授業以外では、幅広い分野の書籍を読み、大人がどのように学び、またどのように「学びを解きほぐす」のかについて深く考えています。その好奇心が、私のすべての活動の原動力となっています。

講師としての私

私は、肩書きの背後にある「人」そのものに注目しています。その人の目標や背景、そして「正しい話し方は一つだけだ」と長年言われてきたことで身についた習慣などです。 17年にわたる企業研修の経験をもとに、すべてのレッスンに実社会での実践的な視点を取り入れています。受講生からは、最も意外だった点として「発音へのこだわり」を挙げられることがよくあります。それは単なるアクセントの矯正ではなく、明瞭で自然、かつプロフェッショナルな自信に満ちた話し方を目指すことなのです。

レッスン形式・教え方

私のレッスンは、皆さんが実際に必要としていること――会議の進行、分かりやすい文章の書き方、アイデアのプレゼンテーション、あるいはSlackでのメッセージで自分の考えを的確に伝える方法――を中心に構成されています。教科書通りの英語ではなく、実際の場面で役立つ英語です。ここではプレッシャーも批判もありません。ただ、自由に試行錯誤し、失敗から学び、成長できる場を提供します。
