She's very caring and easy to talk with. I never worry that I make a mistake or forget something she's already taught me - we just work through our time together as needed and all is good. Letizia is an amazing teacher. She is an incredibly interesting person and we find many fun things to talk about. The hour flies by. She has a wonderful ability to provide corrections for errors without interrupting the flow of the conversation, a remarkable skill.
