I've taken a number of lessons with Jean, and I recommend him highly to anybody looking to improve their Spanish. My level of understanding has increased noticeably and I absolutely couldn't have done it without him!! He continuously pushes me just beyond my comfort zone with fun material and explanations. Besides being a wonderful teacher, he is also very authentic, personal, and easy to talk to. Looking forward to the next class!

Jean is a brilliant teacher! His classes are always varied, covering a range of topics, so that you continually improve in all aspects of language learning, including conversation, grammar, speaking, listening, culture, etc. Jean is very patient, helpful, and a great great conversation maker! We had our first lesson and Jean was very quickly about to identify what my learning needs are. additionally, he has a warm demeanor and was able to communicate 100% in Spanish in a way that I was able to understand.
