I got a master’s degree in linguistics because I love languages and I am good at learning and teaching them. I am specialized in explaining grammar points and pronunciation tricks. I am fluent in Mandarin, Japanese and English, and I also speak some Spanish. Currently I'm working at a major university in America, helping international students from all over the world. はじめまして、Adaです！中国・日本・アメリカで、11年以上語学を教えてきました。最近まで東京に住んでいて、今はアメリカに引っ越してきました。言語が好きで、言語学の修士号を取りました。中国語・日本語・英語が話せて、スペイン語も少し話せます。今はアメリカの大学で、いろいろな国の留学生の出願や入学のサポートをしています。 As a language learner myself, I understand how challenging it can be to remember vocabulary, understand unfamiliar grammar, and master difficult pronunciation. This was by far the best Tudor session I have had yet. I highly recommend Ada Wu for anybody interested in learn Japanese, and specifically for those who want to know the “why” of how sentence structure works and when language rules apply. Ada was able to provide historical background, real-life examples, and practical homework that made learning the basics of Japanese easy and stress free.
