Tersha ha dimostrato subito ottime competenze di ascolto attivo, si è focalizzata da subito sul mio bisogno principale: preparare un colloquio di lavoro. E' arrivata subito al punto: mi ha posto delle domande che il recruiter potrebbe farmi e ha spiegato come migliorare le mie risposte. Temevo di non essere pronta e di impiegare troppo tempo a rispondere ma mi ha incoraggiato e suggerito un metodo per spiegare meglio ciò che dico.
