Wonderful lesson with Lorena to begin the new year. We talked about our plans for the year, sewing, new hobbies, and when to trust someone to do something for you. It was a really great lesson with very helpful notes, feedback, and very fun conversation!

Really fun lesson with Lorena talking about how we learned to eat food we didn’t like as kids, how it’s better to eat healthy vs taking a ton of supplements and pills, how influencers affect peoples habits, warm clothes we love to wear when its cold and our preferred seasons.
