Lydie is an amazing teacher. I recommend her to anyone who wants to learn European Portuguese. She is resourceful, kind, and professional. She is also personable and has a good sense of humor. I am grateful I was able to study with her as I prepare for my first visit to Portugal.

Lydie is the best foreign language speaker I have ever had. Over the years I have struggled to learn a second language. I grew up in the U.S. when learning a second language was rare and so I had limited classes in school. Lydie has given me the confidence and thus the motivation to learn Portuguese.
