Karina Cordones

As always, I had a wonderful lesson with Karina. She does a magnificent job explaining complex material and picking up on where you are having problems. She teaches is manner that is both fun and interesting.

Karina is an awesome professor. I’m already fluent in Spanish and I’m taking lessons with her to keep myself sharp and to continue growing my vocabulary and common phrases that native Spanish speakers use. She’s really fun and vibrant and I would recommend anyone take her classes regardless of your proficiency.

This woman is gold. If you know some Spanish, Karina is the best tutor that I've come across so far. I am super awkward, and man oh man does she have the patience of a saint. She's doesn't give off a judge-y vibe and always tries to keep you talking. She is also always prepared with helpful links and resources. I definitely recommend her, especially if you're a little more than a beginner, she could probably take you to the next level. Gracias a ti Karina!

It was great! We discussed expectations, right away started with the topic, I did exercises, had a lot of time to talk, got the homework. Karina was very friendly and supportive, yet she didn't try to talk for me when I inevitably stambled. Gonna continue working with her, feeling lucky to have found her. Thanks a lot, Karina!
