Fantastic teacher. Really helpful from the start with grammar, conversational skills and any difficulties I have with any aspect of the language. The flashdecks for study post-lesson have been great for memorising things I'm trying to convey. Makes every lesson fun, relaxed and also interesting, I couldn't recommend more.

I thoroughly recommend anyone who wants to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their language learning to take a meta-learning lesson with William.

I did the Meta Learning lesson with William since I have hit a plateau in my language learning journey, and it was such an insightful lesson. He really listened to my challenges and immediately presented research to help me understand and address them. He also takes notes for you so that you can focus on what he's saying. I look forward to trying a more efficient way of learning Swedish and to continue learning with William. I can recommend this lesson even for those who are no longer beginners.

EXCELLENT. My lessons with William have been exceptionally high yield and simply phenomenal value for money! He is remarkably resourceful when it comes to language learning (in my case Swedish). I highly recommend a mix of “metalearning” lessons with the standard lessons, particularly when beginning to learn the language. His insights and advice regarding a variety of language learning resources have made a tremendous impact on my progress. Remember to saying “Give a man fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime”? - When it comes to language learning William does both… really well.

William‘s lessons are very helpful and really well structured. The flashcards are a great way to reflect on the lessons. So far I just started, but I would expect the lessons to also help a lot when you’re more advanced, as he is really good at catching errors and fixing them in the flashcards.

My lesson with William exceeded all expectations. He could not have been more thoughtful, clear, and edifying. He was able to immediately discern what I hoped for from our session, and take me on a tour of the topics I was interested in with his passion, expertise and attentive listening demonstrated throughout. I will be booking another lesson with him and very much look forward to it. I highly recommend William to those studying a specific lesson and/ or curious about the language learning process its (i.e., "meta-learning") as I am.
