My teacher experience is a total of 13 years now. It is a mixture of offline and online teaching experience. i started teaching young Chinese kids during the beginning of my teaching journey. Later on, I found my specialization which is exam preparation such as IELTS speaking and TOEFL. I have coached over a thousand IELTS student in my career as a teacher. My teaching style is dynamic and I give straightforward evaluation as well as helpful tips to my clients. I ensure that my students reach their goals my using customized methods and sometimes a strict approach.レッスン形式・教え方
If there are three words to describe my teaching style, it would be, “dynamic, disciplined and honest. I've been teaching English for 11 years now and I have cultivated deep knowledge and understanding about human needs and psychology, as well as desire. I always create the lesson plans to be tailored towards my customers needs and goals. Every student is different, they have different motivation and lifestyle when it comes to learning. As a teacher, I serve as a guide and foster independence as well as improve my students' confidence in using a different language. Apart from grammar, pronunciation and vocabulary lesson plans, the lessons are tailored to help students trust themselves more.教材

Florian is a very supportive teacher. Her preparation lessons for the IELTS speaking exam are very engaging and instructive. She motivates me to study hard in order to prepare well for the exam and challenges me with difficult discussion topics during the lessons. She is a very positive person and we don't miss out laughing together in class as well.
