Yuri Tezuka

This lesson was really nice, we had a really good conversation at the start of the lesson where I didn't really have to slip into English much so I was quite happy with myself. Afterwards, Yuri tested me on the grammar I was taught last lesson. Yuri was really helpful the whole lesson, answering any questions that I had. I always enjoy my Japanese lessons with Yuri and I really look forward to the next one.

Yuri-san is a great teacher. I enjoy her lessons very much and I feel that we have a good rapport and can talk about anything. Yuri-san is also understanding when I make mistakes and helps me to build my confidence in learning and speaking Japanese. Despite Yuri-san telling me, I also feel that I have vastly improved with my conjugations this week. I believe it is because Yuri-san has been prompting me to practice it a lot recently and I know it has really helped me. I'm thankful that Yuri-san is my teacher and is able to identify my "problem" areas and can work with me on it for improvement.ゆりさん、てつだって　くれてありがとう！

Yuri-sensei's lessons are always enjoyable. She's helpful in correcting my pronunciation, while also ensuring the lessons are engaging and pitched at a suitable level that's challenging but not overwhelming. The classes always feel like they end too quickly!

I thoroughly enjoy every lesson with Yuri san. She consistently brings a patient and positive attitude to our sessions, creating an environment where learning feels both comfortable and engaging. After we cover the grammar, we engage in role-play session, which I particularly like it. Yuri san is incredibly encouraging, providing time for me to think and try, which has significantly enhanced my learning experience. できるものなら、每日レッスンを受けたいです。楽しいもんね！(using today’s grammar 😝😝)

Today was a milestone for me as it was my 10th lesson learning Japanese! All with Yuri-san! Yuri-san makes lessons fun and engaging. She is great at adjusting the difficulty based on your comprehension. She does NOT skimp on any time and teaches right to the last minute, while still allowing time for questions. In rare cases where there is an issue with her schedule, she is very professional and advises in advance. Yuri-san has a kind heart and reciprocates the same energy that her students give her. Every time I message her with questions, she replies with as much effort. Her English is excellent, which I appreciate as a beginner Japanese student. After every lesson, she always takes time out of her day to leave a review on her students' profiles. I appreciate this so much and I always look forward to reading them! It allows me to see how much progress I’ve made and encourages me to keep learning. I hope I can continue to be tutored by her in the future. Thank you Yuri-san :)
