Paula is awesome. I had always been hoping for a teacher who can teach in a structured way with rigor and attention to details. I am so happy that I found Paula. She is also very patient with a beginner like me and made me feel comfortable asking all kinds of questions I had.

(This review is in English for any beginning Spanish Students looking for a teacher.) I’ve taken many lessons on italki, and I think Paula is the best teacher I have ever studied with. She has an excellent understanding of the language and explains difficult concepts in a way that is quite easy to follow and understand. She is also incredibly good at seeing your strengths and weaknesses and always has great exercises to work on what you’re lacking in while keeping up your ability in everything else. Most importantly, she cares about her students and really wants you to excel in your learning. If it weren’t for Paula, I don’t think my level of Spanish would be where it is today. So, don’t search anymore! You’ve found your teacher!

Paula is the best. I like how she uses different media and techniques in her lessons. Today she used video to teach. Sometimes she uses games. Sometimes it's purely conversational.

Paula is fantastico - just a great teacher and a pleasant person with whom to spend an hour.
