Julia is an amazing teacher who puts a lot of effort into all of our classes. She provides me with many videos to watch and study outside of class, and during our hour long lessons she asks very engaging questions that open many avenues of conversation. She is also very knowledgeable about a wide variety of subjects, making it easy to talk about whatever you want while providing valuable feedback. I feel that I have made significant progress since starting lessons with Julia.

Julia’s introduction lesson was amazing! We discussed my goals/reasons to wanting to learn the beautiful language of Portuguese. Her teaching style and how our lesson would look like. She was easy to understand for a beginner and has a depth of knowledge and passion about language which is evident from the first lesson. Obrigada

I was unsure what to expect, but Julia immediately got us started, identified what I needed, and steered the lesson that direction. I am looking forward to reviewing my homework and really looking forward to our next lesson.
