みなさん、こんにちは！私の名前はアドナンです。
私は8年間、ウルドゥー語、英語、ヒンディー語、パンジャーブ語を教えてきました。TEFL認定資格を持ち、修士号を取得しており、さまざまな背景やレベルの生徒たちに2万回以上のレッスンを提供してきました。
私は、言語を真に生き生きとしたものにするために、創造的でダイナミック、そして魅力的なレッスンを行うことを信条としています。私の指導哲学は、「ESID」（Every Student Is Different：生徒一人ひとりが異なる）という考えに基づいています。学習者一人ひとりがユニークであることを理解しているため、時間をかけて個々の目標について話し合い、ニーズに合わせたレッスンを提供します。
言語を知っていることと、それを効果的に教えることは別物です。オンラインでの指導を始める前に、私はこれらの言語を教えるための最良の方法を研究することに時間を費やしました。様々な学習リソースを活用し、明確で体系的、かつ理解しやすいものとなるよう、独自の教材を丹念に作成しました。
