I'm from the UK and have an easy-to-understand, neutral British accent. I've been teaching for more than 15 years and it's something I love to do.
I particularly like:
1) helping professionals/serious students with their fluency through fun and dynamic conversation classes (exercises provided);
2) accent reduction/ help with pronunciation (audio recordings supplied);
3) helping medical professionals with their English - role plays and conversations relevant to the workplace.
Whatever your needs are, I can help you!

I started teaching English in 2009, firstly in a specialist language school and then to private students. I have also:
* done voiceovers for radio and film;
* edited a book (about Business English);
* devised and taught an English course to victims of human trafficking.
I take the time to research your mother tongue which helps me understand why you make the mistakes that you make or pronounce words the way that you do. This means that you get results faster and we both end up happy!

I always structure my classes to suit students and their individual needs, because I know that no two students are alike or learn in the same way. Our classes will include some small talk and a grammatical focus. I will correct you as much as I can and write your errors down for you in the class.
My classes are energetic, as I am a very enthusiastic and passionate teacher. I do what I do because I genuinely love it. For me there is nothing more rewarding than seeing students improve, especially their confidence. One of the aspects I particularly love to work on is pronunciation - did you know that a huge part of learning any language is imitation? Let me show you how!教材

Carolina’s classes have been incredibly rewarding! She’s so patient—every time, she carefully points out where I need adjustments and guides me through practice repeatedly. What’s more, she records key parts of the lesson after class so I can review and reinforce what I’ve learned. She also keeps encouraging me, which means a lot. I can’t recommend Carolina enough as an English teacher. As a fellow language teacher with high standards, I’ve met and tried a lot of teachers, but she is something special. Our lessons feel like having a coffee chat with a friend — we have so much in common and always find something fun to talk about. She’s super organized and always comes prepared, but it’s her engaging, hands-on approach that really makes learning stick. Plus, she’s just a great person to spend time with.
