I tailor my lessons to support students' needs so only relevant material is used during the class. SMART goals and student-oriented approach are two components I utilize to help my students reach their best potential. I don't just see myself as a teacher; I see myself as your learning partner. In the 21st century all the information is accessible and is located on the tips of our fingers so as a teacher I lead my students through the abundance of different resources, helping them to choose the right one. I teach through immersion in English, don't use student's native language if we share one and my focus is speaking and listening skills. I also help my more advanced students acquire language skills while learning about other relevant topics (financial literacy, history, psychology, etc.)教材
