Lessons are really good. I'm pleased that we are focussing on both general conversation but also looking at some rules of the language. I feel very comfortable with Francesca. She is very patient and explains what I don't understand; plus she is very supportive and I don't feel silly if I make mistakes.

I was very nervous as my knowledge is very basic and I have never spoken to anyone before, let alone a native speaker. Francesca made me feel very comfortable and put me at ease.
