With Yumiko's help, I'm able to read written stories at an N4 level, 4 months after starting to learn Japanese. She even wrote out the story in hiragana afterwards. An amazing teacher, definitely the best I've had on Italki.

ゆみこ先生、ありがとうございました。 A lot was accomplished in 30 minutes. Yumiko-sensei checked my level, asked about the style of lesson, and we created a general study plan I feel confident about. Yumiko also uses a free and accessible resource we can use during lessons and I can refer to for homework. I hope I can do another lesson again soon!
