I’ve been taking Tam’s lessons for many years now, and I can say that she’s an amazing teacher, as well as a lovely person I can feel safe talking to in general. I’ve found myself comfortable discussing various topics with her, and she’s given me quite a handful of helpful tips for my writing journey. I find myself energized after our lessons and always looking forward to the next one. I’m very glad to have found her and to have her as a teacher for all these years, and hope to continue our lessons for many years to come.

I really enjoy talking with Tam. She gives plenty of feedback both instantly and after class. She waits patiently and encourages me to think slowly and find the right expressions instead of rushing me when I make mistakes. Her plans and feedback are well-organized, which fills me with confidence and clear direction.
