My name is Valia and I come from Greece. I am a certified language teacher and translator. I have been teaching Greek, English, Spanish, Italian and French for 4 years. My passion is learning foreign languages or practicing the ones I already know.

I have experience in teaching both children and adults. I feel great satisfaction when my students are actually learning and progressing in the target language. I help students who want to start a language from scratch or those who already know a language and want to develop their language skills by combining a variety of methods. I also prepare students for the exams of a foreign language.レッスンおよびティーチングスタイル
I teach students who want to learn a language for professional or personal reasons. I use flashcards while teaching kids in order to help them acquire the vocabulary needed in the target language. I provide authentic texts to all of my students and combine them with videos and audio files recorded by native speakers. I also give them quizzes so as to keep track of their progress on a regular basis.教材

Valia is an excellent teacher. She is always organized and responsive to areas where I need more help. Would highly recommend for anybody who wants to learn Italian but also knows a little Spanish (or vice versa) because she is very adept at explaining the subtle grammatical differences between the two languages.

The teacher wasn’t prepared for the lesson at all, just opened an A1 book and started to do exercises. No practice, no speaking, just book tasks.
Besides, those tasks were on the topics which we already knew and were very confident about and the teacher was aware of that, because we told her and even made a dialogue using that vocabulary from the book. Even after our confident conversation on that topic, the teacher proceeded with those tasks, which was completely unnecessary.
We had to stop the lesson on the 40th minute, it was just useless and literally waste of time.
