Passionate about Romance languages, I teach French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Romanian with over 10 years of experience.
I studied in France and worked in Guinea and Colombia, enriching my cultural background that I share with my students.
In addition to teaching, I love music, reading and cooking, elements that make my lessons lively and engaging. I am perfecting my English and learning Catalan to further broaden my linguistic horizons.

Fernando is a fantastic teacher. His lessons are structured around a theme, and are designed to get the student to speak as much as possible. His thoughtful questions always make for an engaging discussion, and his attentive corrections, provided in written format, are helping me to improve my speaking ability. Fernando's command of the grammatical rules in the 4 romance languages I study with him is impressive, as is his ability to easily explain the similarities/differences between these languages.
