Hi everyone, I am Nitz, from God's own country, Kerala. എല്ലാവർക്കും നമസ്കാരം.. ഞാൻ നിത (Nitha), ദൈവത്തിന്‍റെ സ്വന്തം നാടായ കേരളത്തിൽ നിന്നും. I am a native Malayalam speaker with a deep passion for languages. My love for teaching began when I started sharing my knowledge with others — and I quickly discovered how rewarding it is to help people learn a new language. Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of students, from complete beginners to advanced learners, and for many different goals — whether you're learning Malayalam for work, travel, or as a personal interest. I know it is hard to learn a new language, but practicing on a daily basis & speaking with me will help you. :)

My lessons are personalized, and student-centered. I focus on creating a comfortable and encouraging environment where you feel confident to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow. Each class will include a mix of speaking, listening, vocabulary, and grammar practice. I also like to use stories & conversations Our classes will be interactive and supported by assignments to help you better understand the topic. I will support you at every step with patience. Nitz is an excellent teacher. I started learning Malayalam out of interest a little over a year ago. Today I completed my 100th lesson. In a short amount of time, I was able to speak. Recently, I managed to read Aadujeevitham, a critically acclaimed novel written in Malayalam. I can now watch Malayalam movies without subtitles, read, write, and have a conversation with native speakers. This is tremendous progress and would not be possible without Nitz. I know 5 other languages so learning a new language is not something I did recently. However, I can confidently say that Nitz is the best language teacher to learn from. Her approach to teaching is unique and she makes you feel comfortable. It can be intimidating to learn a new language, but she is fluent in many topics, and she always manages to strike up a conversation in the topics that interest you. She comes down to your level to make you feel confident. I am glad I chose Nitz as my teacher. Plus, she is super fun to talk to :)

Class with Ms. Nitz has felt comfortable despite the difficulty of learning Malayalam, and her whiteboard approach has been very helpful throughout our lessons. Homeworks are carefully tailored to the lessons and to specific difficulties faced within the lesson and/or on a previous homework. Always eager for the next class!

I was able to review what I already knew and she was able to give me a constructive class schedule for what she can offer in terms of going through each part of the sentence and building on each to be able to create sentences. I was pretty excited to see how well it was designed and it feels definitely encouraging to be able to get a class specialized in these focus areas. Good start!
